These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of everstead-studio.com (the “Site”), operated by Everstead Studio LLC (“Everstead Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Everstead Studio provides audiobook production, publishing, and marketing services. Any specific engagement — such as producing, publishing, or marketing an audiobook — is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Everstead Studio. These Terms govern general use of the Site and do not, by themselves, create a partnership, publishing agreement, or other contract.
Information you submit through the Site should be accurate and complete. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate either party until a separate written agreement is signed.
The Site’s content, design, and the Everstead Studio name and branding are owned by Everstead Studio LLC and may not be used without permission. Authors retain ownership of their own works; any rights granted to Everstead Studio for production or distribution are set out in the applicable separate agreement.
Market statistics and other figures on the Site are provided for general informational purposes and may be drawn from third-party industry sources. They are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everstead Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
